If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.
This is easy to change yourself with just a spanner and a screwdriver.

Replacement aerator / flow restrictor available

Cartridge has 20 teeth on spline.
You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side.
If you require both then you can select "Pair"

How to remove the handle on the Simplifit Melbourne tap?
You will need to remove the end indices. See photo below.
Once removed use a crosshead screwdriver to undo screw holding handle on then pull the handle off. Watch our how to video for further general guidance on removing tap handles and replacing tap cartridges.
How can I stop my tap dripping?
One or both of the cartridges will have failed.
If you can isolate the water supply you can replace the one that has failed. If you cannot work out which one has failed you should replace both.
