If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.
Cartridges have 20 splines. Original cartridge may have BS5412 XZ 20 on it.
Hot and cold valve replacements available.
You will need anticlockwise to open for the cold side and clockwise to open for the hot side.
If you do not know which side is leaking you should replace both.
Replacement spout aerator available SR00.

How to remove the Chambley tap handle:
Before replacing the cartridge you will need to turn the water off.
Remove screw / dust cap cover and undo the handle retaining screw with crosshead screwdriver.
The handle will then pull off. You will then need to unscrew the cartridge cover / shroud anticlockwise.
Use an adjustable spanner to remove the cartridge.
