If your Wickes Zores is leaking or dripping out of the spout it is time to replace the ceramic disc quarter turn tap valve inserts.

If your ceramic handle is cracked or damaged you can purchase a replacement handle reviver kit.
Handle design is different to the original, so you will need to replace both the hot and cold side.

If your tap is leaking at the base of the spout this is the Orings inside the spout which need replacing.

How do I remove the Wickes Zores tap handle?
Before replacing the cartridge you will need to turn the water off.
Step 1. Remove handle indice from the top of the handle.
Step 2. You’ll then need a crosshead screwdriver to remove the handle retaining screw.
Step 3. Once removed pull the handle away from the tap body.
Step 4. Unscrew decorative shroud anticlockwise away from tap body.
Step 5. Use a spanner to remove the cartridge from the tap body.
Step 6. Replace the cartridge and reverse the steps to refit the handle.
