FAQ

How do I remove the tap handle?

First remove the tap indices (hot and cold caps) these will pull out. Pullthe tap handle off you may need to use some force. We have replacement indices available if you break or damage these.

How do I know if I need the adaptor bush?

You wont know if you need the adaptor bush until you remove the cartridge from the tap. Sometimes the bush remains in the tap - in this case you can just replace the cartridge. Sometimes the bush comes out attached to the cartridge and can be very difficult to separate. In this case you will neeed to purchase both the cartridge and bush.

How can I stop my tap from dripping?

If your tap is dripping you need to replace the cartridges. If you have isolation valves under the sink you can determine which side is leaking. If not you should replace both.
