Original cartridge is a stepped 35mm cartridge known by 08G35L0001.04.

How do I remove my Bristan claret tap lever / handle and replace the cartridge?
Before starting these steps turn the water off.
1. Prise out the cap.
2. Loosen the grub screw.
3.
Remove the handle and shroud. Remove the cartridge retaining nut using suitable spanner.
