Cartridge has 28 teeth on spline. You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side, If you require both then you can select "Pair"
If your tap is leaking from the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals inside the spout need replacing. When you replace the new rubber seals they need greasing with a silicone grease.

How to remove your Bluci Cigno handle
Use appropriate Allen key to undo grub screw on underside of handle. You can pull the lever towards you to give you more space to access the screw from behind. Pull the handle/head off. You may need to use some force
How to remove your cartridge - Our Cartridge Valve removal tool (ST03) is available to enable easy removal and fitting of the cartridges which are recessed into the tap body. The old valve may have two flats instead of a hex nut. Our tool has two ends. One end to remove the cartridge with two flats and one end to remove/fit new cartridge with hex nut.
If your tap is leaking at the base of the spout you need to replace the o rings inside the spout. These are known by code 1239R. If your tap is leaking at the base of the spout you need to replace the spout o rings. ( original code 1239R)
How do I replace the Spout O rings?
1. Unscrew Locking Collar.
2. Pull Spout up and away from tap body.
3. Remove old O Rings and Nylon Split ring.
4. Replace New rings.
5. Apply Silicone grease (SL05-S) to the new O Rings.
6. Fit spout back to tap body.
If you need a whole new complete spout we have a compatible swan neck spout available in chrome. This comes complete with the O Rings (1239R), Spout locking ring (1243R) and aerator. Please note the locking collar is bell shaped.
