If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.
Original spare part codes known by ASCDV0009 / 3794R / SP3794/ 3794R / SP3308 / 3308R.
Hot and cold valve replacements available.
Cartridge has 28 teeth on spline. You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side.
You can purchase replacement screws for the handle, this is our SS81-S.
We now offer compatible lever handles. These do not match the originals so must be replaced together as a set (pair) so that the sides match
If your tap is leaking from the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals inside the spout need replacing.
When you replace the new rubber seals they need greasing with a silicone grease.
The original O'ring kit is known by 1239R / SP1239.
If you require a new antisplasher aerator this is our part SR22X-S (available in Chrome).

How to remove your cartridge?
Our Cartridge Valve removal tool (ST03) is available to enable easy removal and fitting of the cartridges which are recessed into the tap body.
The old valve may have two flats instead of a hex nut. Our tool has two ends.
One end to remove the cartridge with two flats and one end to remove/fit new cartridge with hex nut.
How to remove my Henley tap head/handle?
Remove the handle retaining screw by using a 2mm allen key. You can then remove the handle.
Then use an adjustable spanner to remove the valve and fit the replacement parts.
How do I remove the spout and replace the o rings?
Step 1. Unscrew locking collar at the base of the spout. Once unscrewed the spout will pull up and out of the tap body.
Replace the O rings applying silicone grease to the new o'rings before refitting.
