Replacement Ceramic tap cartridges compatible with the Carron Phoenix Rennie Kitchen Mixer Tap.

Watch our video below for guidance / how to remove your handle and change the quarter turn ceramic valves.

If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.
Original spare part codes known by ASCDV0009 / 3794R / SP3794/ 3794R / SP3308 / 3308R.
Hot and cold valve replacements available.

Cartridge has 28 teeth on spline. You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side.
If you require both then you can select "Pair"

If you need a new screw for the handle this is our SS04-S.

How to remove my Rennie tap head/handle?
Remove the handle retaining screw by using a 2.5mm allen key. You can then remove the handle.
You will then need a crosshead screwdriver to remove the brass screw holding the white plastic handle insert onto the valve.
Once you’ve removed this, you can unscrew the valve by using a 14mm box spanner and fit the replacement parts.

How to remove your cartridge?
Our Cartridge Valve removal tool (ST03) is available to enable easy removal and fitting of the cartridges which are recessed into the tap body.
The old valve may have two flats instead of a hex nut. Our tool has two ends.
One end to remove the cartridge with two flats and one end to remove/fit new cartridge with hex nut.

Your tap handle may utilise a plastic handle adaptor / tap head carrier. Sometimes this can wear or break and we can supply this part if you require a new one (Our part SA03-S).
Original tap handle adaptor code SP3530 / 133.0153.218.

If your tap is leaking from where the spout joins the tap body (the neck) then you need to replace the O Rings inside the spout (SK35-S). Our kit is compatible with the 3473R.

If you require a replacement aerator / antisplasher you need our SR24C-S (this is compatible with 3472R).

How to remove the Rennie tap spout and replace the O Rings?
To replace the o rings, you will first need to remove the spout retaining screw by using a 2.5mm allen key.
You can then lift the spout out and replace the o rings at the base with our SK35-S o'ring kit.

You can find the Rennie tap / instruction diagram below.
