If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.
Original spare part codes known by SP3794 3794R.
Cartridge has 28 teeth on spline. Hot and cold valve replacements available.
You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side.
If you require both then you can select "Pair".
We now supply compatible replacement lever handles
If your tap is leaking from round the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals inside the spout need replacing.

How to remove my tap head/handle?
Use an allen key to remove grub screw on the underside of the handle. The handle will then pull off.
How to remove the Spout?
Use an allen key to undo screw at the back of the spout. Pull spout up and out of tap body.
How to remove your cartridge?
Our Cartridge Valve removal tool (ST03) is available to enable easy removal and fitting of the cartridges which are recessed into the tap body.
The old valve may have two flats instead of a hex nut.
Our tool has two ends. One end to remove the cartridge with two flats and one end to remove/fit new cartridge with hex nut.
