If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.
Original spare part codes known by SP3308, 3308R, SP3794 3794R, 133.0358.055, 133.0358.053 133.0150.220, 133.0150.219.
Replacement hot and cold valves available.
You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side,
If you require both then you can select "Pair".
Cartridge has 28 teeth on spline.
Your tap handle may utilise a plastic handle adaptor / tap head carrier. Sometimes this can wear or break and we can supply this part if you require a new one (Our part SA03-S). Original tap handle adaptor code SP3530
If you require a new lever handle retaining screw this is our code SS04-S
If your tap is leaking from where the spout joins the tap body (the neck) then you need to replace the O Rings inside the spout. Our kit is compatible with the 3527R.
If you require a new aerator/antisplasher this is our SR24C-S (only available in chrome).

How to remove the Franke Bern Tap handle and replace the cartridge?
Before replacing the cartridge you will need to turn the water off.
Step 1. Remove the handle retaining screw, by using a 2.5mm allen key.
Step 2. Pull the handle away from the tap body.
Step 3. You’ll then need a crosshead screwdriver to remove the screw holding the white plastic sleeve in place.
Step 4. With the handle adaptor sleeve removed use our ST03-S cartridge removal tool to unscrew the cartridge.
Step 5. Replace the cartridge and reverse the steps to refit the handle.
How to remove your cartridge
Our Cartridge Valve removal tool (ST03) is available to enable easy removal and fitting of the cartridges which are recessed into the tap body. The old valve may have two flats instead of a hex nut. Our tool has two ends. One end to remove the cartridge with two flats and one end to remove/fit new cartridge with hex nut.
How to replace the Franke Bern spout o rings?
Step 1. To replace the o rings you’ll need to remove the spout retaining screw with a 2.5mm allen key.
Step 2. Once this is removed you will be able to lift the spout out of the tap.
Step 3. Replace the o rings at the base of the spout with the new parts.
