If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges. Original spare part codes known by SP3308 3308R SP3794 3794R hot and cold valve replacements available.
Cartridge has 28 teeth on spline. You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side, If you require both then you can select "Pair".

If your tap is leaking from the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals inside the spout need replacing. When you replace the new rubber seals they need greasing with a silicone grease. The original O'ring kit is known by 3527R.
How to remove the handle:
Loosen grub screw on the underside of handle using a 2mm allen key (SK01-S). Then pull the handle horizontally away from the tap.
How to remove your cartridge - Our Cartridge Valve removal tool (ST03) is available to enable easy removal and fitting of the cartridges which are recessed into the tap body. The old valve may have two flats instead of a hex nut. Our tool has two ends. One end to remove the cartridge with two flats and one end to remove/fit new cartridge with hex nut.
How to replace the spout o-rings:
Loosen grub screw on the rear of body using a 2.5mm allen key (SK01-S). Then pull the spout vertically away from the body.
