If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.
Original spare part code has PAINI ASME A112.18.1UPC ANSI NSF61 KK G90 stamped around the edge.
Hot and cold valve replacements available.

You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side.
If you require both then you can select "Pair".

Your cartridge may have a brass sleeve / handle adaptor fitted on the spline (see photo below).
If this is damaged or you cannot remove it you can purchase a complete replacement 40 spline valve (SV40).

We have a replacement set of handles available which come together with the cartridges and 40 spline handle adaptors.
These may differ slightly to the original handles so we supply them as a set only.

How to remove the handle?
there will be a small chrome screw cover cap on the underside of the handle.
Use a small flat bladed screw driver to prise this off (put plug in so you don't lose parts down the plughole).
You will then need an allen key to loosen the grub screw. The handle will then pull off.

How do I replace the tap cartridge?
Before removing the cartridge first make sure you turn the water off.
Use 17mm or adjustable spanner to undo cartridge (it will unscrew anticlockwise).
Fit new cartridge (clockwise) and replace the tap handle.
