MAGNET TYPHON TAP SPARES
Tap Magician compatible replacement spares to fit the Magnet Typhon brushed kitchen mixer tap.

If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then its time to replace the tap inserts.
Original cartridge known by code PAINI ASME A112.18.1UPC ANSI NSF61 KK G90 / 60038108 / 60038010.
Hot and cold cartridge replacements available.

***Please note your original cartridge may come out attached with a conversion / adaptor bush. See photo below.
We cannot supply this bush so you would need to separate the bush from the cartridge and re use on the replacement cartridge.



If you struggle to separate you should pour boiling water over the valve and bush, followed by cold water and this will help break the corrosion seal.

How to remove the handle?
Remove the screwcap cover on the side of the handle by prising it off.
Unscrew the grub screw with an appropriate size allen key and pull handle away.
You will then need to unscrew the shroud anticlockwise to reveal the cartridge.

How do I replace the tap cartridge?
First make sure you turn the water off.
Use 17mm or adjustable spanner to undo cartridge (it will unscrew anticlockwise).
Fit new cartridge (clockwise) and replace the tap handle.
