There will be a small screw covering cap on the underside of the handle. Remove this cap it will pop out. Pull the tap handle off. You may need to use some force to remove this. How do I replace the cartridge? Make sure the water is turned off, you can do this at the mains or with isolation valves under the sink. How do I know if I need the spline adaptor? Please remove the handle of your tap and check which (if any) spline adaptor your current cartridge utilises. Sometimes these can be removed and reused.
