Original cartridges are coded PAINI ASME A112.18.1UPC ANSI NSF61 KK G90

If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.

Cartridge has 20 teeth on spline.
You will require our Anti-clockwise open cartridge for the cold and Filter side, and clockwise open for the hot side.

If you require a new Aerator flow restrictor / diffuser this is our part SR01TF-S and SR01TFCB (available in Chrome and brushed).

if your tap is leaking at the base of the spout - where the spout meets the body (the neck) then you need to replace the spout o rings. How to remove the spout. Use 2.5mm allen key to undo grub screw at the back of the spout. Pull spout up and out of tap body. You need to use silicone grease on the new o rings.

We now supply Lever handles these are genuine manufacturer handles, they are plain (not stamped H or C)

FAQ
How do I remove my Wren Kronos handle / head?
Use allen key to undo the grub screw on the underside of the tap handle.
With the grub screw removed the tap handle away from the body.
Then you will need to remove the shroud / tap cover by unscrewing anticlockwise direction.

How do I replace the tap cartridge?
First make sure you turn the water off. Use 17mm or adjustable spanner to undo cartridge (it will unscrew anticlockwise).
Fit new cartridge (clockwise) then replace the tap shroud and handle.

How do I know which one is leaking?
You will need to isolate the water supply to identify which outlet had failed.
If you are unsure we would recommend to replace all 3 cartridges (PMV set of 3 option).
