If your Hi Tech tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges. Original spare part codes known by 3984R / SP3984 / ASSCDV0001, hot and cold valve replacements available.

Cartridge has 28 teeth on spline. You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side, If you require both then you can select "Pair".

If your cartridge comes out stuck inside the brass bush/ring and you cannot separate then you will need to purchase a new one which is our code SB34, but also known by part 3408R.

If your Hi tec tap is leaking from the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals Inside the swivel spout need replacing. When you replace the new rubber seals they need greasing with a silicone grease. The original O'ring kit is known by 1239R.

How do I remove the Lamona Hi Tech tap handle/head?
Remove the end screw cover cap (tap indice). (we sell replacement screw covering caps if you damage yours) Use crosshead screwdriver to undo screw. Pull handle / head off.

How do I remove and replace the spout o_rings?
Whilst holding body unscrew the spout locking collar. Once removed pull the spout vertically away from the body.
