If your Victorian TAP4801 /4802 tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges. Original spare part codes known by 3547R, SP3547, 4276R, SP4276, 3561R. Hot and cold valves available.
Your cartridge may come out attached to the adaptor bush (sometimes this remains inside the tap and other times it comes out attached to the cartridge). If you cannot separate this bush then you will need to purchase a new bush Original code 3409R which has 28mm thread diameter. (Our code SB28).
Cartridge has 28 teeth on spline. You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side, If you require both then you can select "Pair".
If your tap is leaking from the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals inside the spout need replacing. When you replace the new rubber seals they need greasing with a silicone grease. The original O'ring kit is known by 1239R, SP1239.
If you require a new antisplasher /aerator this is our part SR63C/CB (available in Chrome or brushed) Original codes known by 133.0068.762, SP1263 /1263R your original part may have Neoperl stamped around the edge.

How To remove the tap lever/ handle: there will be a grub screw on the underside of the handle. Undo this screw and the handle will then pull off.
