FRANKE MYTHOS POST 2014 TAP SPARES 115.0049.965
Tap Magician Replacement Ceramic tap cartridges to fit the Franke Mythos cartridge without threaded collar.
 Compatible with the MTX / MTG / MTV models from the Franke specialist range of Kitchen taps.

Please note this is the post 2014 cartridge SP3547 (133.0358.165 / 133.0358.167).

The cartridge has 28 splines. You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side.
If you require both then you can select "Pair".

New handle retaining screw is our SS81-S (known by franke part 133.0084.677)
Spout retaining screw is out SS06-S (known by franke part 133.0438.157)

If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.
hot and cold valve replacements available.

When you remove your old valve from the tap the bush usually remains inside the tap block however sometimes it comes out together with the valve.
See photo below.
If the valve is stuck inside the bush you can try to separate them.
If you are unable to separate the valve from the bush then you will need to purchase the valve together with the bush.
Replacement bush product code is SB26, original code known by 3886R / SP3886 / 133.0312.386.

If your tap is leaking from the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals inside the spout need replacing.
When you replace the new rubber seals they need greasing with a silicone grease.
The original O'ring kit is known by 2268R / SP2268 133.0069.155.

Mythos FAQ

How do I remove the Franke Mythos tap handle/lever?
Use 2mm allen key to undo grub screw on the underside of the tap lever. Pull tap lever off. Use same allen key to undo the screw holding the shroud / valve cover in place. Once this is removed you can unscrew existing cartridge and replace with the new parts

How do I rempve the tap spout?
Use 2.5mm allen key to undo screw at the back of the spout. Pull spout up and out of tap body. Remove old o'rings and replace with new parts. Make sure the new o rings have appropriate grease applied to them.
