If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.
Original spare part codes known by 3547R.

Cartridge has 28 teeth on spline. Hot and cold valve replacements available.
You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side.
If you require both then you can select "Pair".

If your tap is leaking from the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals inside the spout need replacing.
When you replace the new rubber seals they need greasing with a silicone grease.
The original O'ring kit is known by 1239R

If you need a new complete spout we have a spout available compatible with 1306R
Compatible handles available (these are a different design to the originals so must be repalaced as a set)

How to remove my tap head / handle?
Remove indice (replacement indices available). Use crosshead screwdriver to undo screw. The handle will then pull off.
How to remove the Spout?
Unscrew locking nut at the base of the spout. Pull spout up and out of tap body.

How to replace your cartridge?
First turn water off. Using a 17mm spanner to undo cartridge anticlockwise.
Some water will seep out, keep a cloth handy.
Fit new cartridge clockwise, tighten with spanner.
