If your Blanco Earl tap is dripping out of the spout then you need to replace the ceramic quarter turn cartridges.
Due to the style of your tap model you will need Anticlockwise to open for the hot and Clockwise to open for the cold.
Original spare part codes known by T143002 T143003. Cartridges have 20 teeth on the spline.
They are available singly (hot handle opens Anticlockwise / cold handle opens Clockwise) or as a pair.
If your tap is leaking around the base of the spout (where the spout joins the tap body) then you need to replace the Spout seals/ O'Rings.

How to remove the handle on the Blanco Earl?
Before replacing the cartridge you will need to turn the water off.
Step 1. Remove the handle retaining screw, by using a 2mm allen key.
Step 2. Pull the handle away from the tap body.
Step 2. Use an adjustable spanner to undo the cartridge counterclockwise
Step 3. Screw in the new cartridge clockwise
Step 4. Tighten the cartridge enough to seal, but avoid over-tightening
