If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.
Original spare part codes known by 1265R / SCH423 / SCH422.
Cartridges have 24 splines. Hot and cold valve replacements available. If you do not know which side is leaking you should replace both.

How do I remove my tap handle?
Remove indice / hot and cold caps from the end of the handle. This will reveal a screw.
Use crosshead screwdriver to undo this screw. Once screw is removed you can pull the handle off.
