If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.
Original spare part codes known by Bristan Spare part code 08607A408608A4, 08608A4, 08607A4 3/4 CD Valves.
You will need clockwise for the Hot and anticlockwise for the Cold.

Please note Niva tap uses a tap spline adaptor which we cannot supply so you will need to re use your old one.

How to remove the tap handle lever on the Bristan Niva Bath tap and replace the cartridge?
Before removing the handle to replace the cartridge you will need to isolate the water.
Step 1. Remove the indice screw cap cover located on the front of the tap handle.
Step 2. Use Allen key to undo the handle retaining screw.
Step 3. Pull the tap handle up away from the tap body.
Step 4. Use a crosshead screw driver to remove the spline adaptor. You will need to reuse this on the replacement cartridge.
Step 5. Use 17mm or adjustable spanner to remove cartridge (anti-clockwise)
Wipe the tap seat clean and repeat the steps above in reverse.
