If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.
Cartridges known by Bristan Spare part 000007 3/4 Inch CD Valve Cartridges.
You will need clockwise for the Hot and anticlockwise for the Cold.

How to remove the tap handle lever on the Bristan Squire Bath tap and replace the cartridge?
Before removing the handle to replace the cartridge you will need to isolate the water.
Step 1. Remove the indice screw cap cover located on the back of the tap handle.
Step 2. Use Allen key to undo the handle retaining screw.
Step 3. Pull the tap handle up away from the tap body.
Step 4. Use 17mm or adjustable spanner to remove cartridge (anti-clockwise)
Wipe the tap seat clean and repeat the steps above in reverse.
