If your Wickes Kumai tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.

Original cartridge has BS5412 CD XZ 20 coding and will have a blue nylon handle adaptor.
Our compatible replacement cartridges are provided with a replacement adaptor.

Replacement hot and cold valves available.
You will need anticlockwise for the cold and clockwise for the hot.

If your tap is leaking from the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals inside the spout need replacing.
When you replace the new rubber seals they need greasing with a silicone grease.

If you require a new antisplasher / aerator this is our part SR22X (Chrome).

How To remove the handle and replace cartridge :
1. Unscrew vertical tap lever. This will reveal a screw
2. Use a allen key to undo grub screw.
3. Once removed the handle will then pull away from the tap body.
4. Use adjustable or our box spanner (STBOX) to undo cartridge, anti-clockwise.
5. Fit new cartridge screwing in clockwise.
6. Replace handle.
