Original spare part codes known by 3561R SP3561
Cartridge has 28 teeth on spline. Hot and cold compatible valves available.
You will require our Clockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and Anti-clockwise open for the hot side.
If you require both then you can select "Pair".
If your tap is leaking from the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals inside the spout need replacing.
When you replace the new rubber seals they need greasing with a silicone grease.
The original O'ring kit is known by 3644R / 1506R.
We now have a compatible lever handle set available in chrome. These are a different design to the original so should be replaced together as a set.
How to remove the handle:
Unscrew the handle retaining screw with an appropriate size allen key and pull handle away.
You will then need to unscrew the shroud anticlockwise to reveal the cartridge.
How do I replace the tap cartridge?
First make sure you turn the water off.
Use 17mm or adjustable spanner to undo cartridge anticlockwise.
Fit new cartridge (clockwise) and replace the tap handle.
