If your tap is dripping from the spout then you need to replace the cartridges. Our cartridge is compatible with ASCDV0003 or 3561R / 1427R.
Original cartridge known by spare part codes 2552R (pre 2014) 3547R (post 2014).
Cartridge has 28 teeth on spline. You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side.
If you require both then you can select "Pair".
Hot and cold valve replacements available.
Irrespective of which valve is in your tap (be it earlier 2552R / 4276R or later 3547R), we will be supplying the two threaded valve as this fits both versions.
When you remove your old valve from the tap the bush usually remains inside the tap block however sometimes it comes out together with the valve. If the valve is stuck inside the bush you can try to separate them. If you are unable to separate the valve from the bush then you will need to purchase the valve together with the bush. (Bush is our code SB26, original code 3886R)
If your tap is leaking from the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals inside the spout need replacing.
When you replace the new rubber seals they need greasing with a silicone grease.
The original O'ring kit is known by 2268R.
How To remove the handle:
Remove the handle retaining screw by using a 2mm allen key.
You can then remove the handle which will then allow you to unscrew the valve cover by unscrewing it anticlockwise.
You can then unscrew the valve by using an adjustable spanner and fitting the replacement parts.
How To remove the spout and replace o'rings:
You will first need to unscrew the spout retaining screw by using a 2.5mm allen key.
You can then lift the spout up and replace the o rings at the base with the new parts (SK20-S).
