If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.

The Franke cartridge may be known by the following spare part codes 3561R, 1427R, 4276R.
Cartridges have 28 splines. Hot and Cold replacements available.

When you remove your old valve from the tap the bush usually remains inside the tap block however sometimes it comes out together with the valve.
If the valve is stuck inside the bush you can try to separate them.
If you are unable to separate the valve from the bush then you will need to purchase the valve together with the bush.

The O'ring kit is known by original part codes 133.0069.083, 1425R.
Please note the screw supplied many not be compatible with your model.

Frequently asked questions about your Franke Krios L tap.

How to remove my Krios L tap head/handle and remove the cartridge?
Use a 2.5mm Allen key to remove grub screw on the underside of the handle. The handle will then pull off.
Once the handle is removed, you can unscrew the valve cover by unscrewing it anticlockwise.
You can then use an adjustable spanner to remove the existing valve and fit the replacements.

How to remove the Spout?
Use 2.5mm allen key to undo screw at the back of the spout. Pull spout up and out of tap body.
