HOMEBASED MICHIGAN KITCHEN TAP SPARES
Replacement Ceramic tap cartridges and O'ring spare parts compatible with the Homebase Michigan Monobloc Kitchen tap.

If your Homebase Michigan tap is leaking or dripping from the spout then it is time to replace the internal ceramic disc cartridges.
Original cartridges known by spare part codes 1427R and oring kit 1239R.

You will need the anticlockwise open for the cold side and the clockwise open for the hot side.
Replacement cartridges have 28 teeth on the spline and compatible with models 368577.

If you tap is leaking around the base of the spout then you need to replace the o rings inside of the spout.

Replacement O'ring kit available as SK22-S.

How to remove the handle lever:
Undo the grub screw from the underside of the handle with an allen key and pull away from tap body.

How to remove tap spout and replace orings:
Unscrew spout locking collar anticlockwise and pull spout up out of tap body.
