HOMEBASE TRANSITION DUAL HANDLE TAP SPARES
Replacement ceramic cartridge and O'ring spare parts compatible with the Homebase Transition Dual Lever Kitchen Mixer tap.
****Please note if you have the FILTER Version then we can only supply the Hot tap cartridge.****
If your Homebase transition tap is leaking or dripping from the spout then it is time to replace the internal ceramic disc cartridges.
They are easy to replace with just a spanner and a crosshead screwdriver.
Original cartridges known by spare part code 3561R and oring kit 1425R.
You will need the anticlockwise open for the cold side and the clockwise open for the hot side.
The cartridges are quarter turn with 28 teeth on the spline.
If you tap is leaking around the base of the spout then you need to replace the o rings inside of the spout.
How do I remove my spout?
There will be a screw at the back of the spout. Remove this screw and pull the spout upwards and out of the tap body.
How do you remove the handle on the Homebase Transition?
Remove hot and cold indice off the end of the handle, use crosshead screwdriver to undo screw. Pull lever off.
Compatible replacement indices product code Si01-S and aerator SR63C-S (chrome) & SR63CB-S (brushed chrome) available.

The handles are plain and do not have any colour indicators on them. They are held on by a grub screw.
