Tap Magician fully compatible spares for the Abode Tate AT1111, AT1112 Kitchen Mixer Lever tap.

Watch our help video below for guidance / how to change your Quarter turn ceramic valves.

Our cartridge is compatible with 3561R 1427R / ASCDV0003 ASCDV0003H ASCDV0003C.
If your tap is leaking/dripping out of the spout then it is time to replace the cartridges.

The Abode Tate cartridge has 28 splines. You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side, If you require both then you can select "Pair".

If you require a new replacement handle you can order our compatible lever. This is plain (not marked H or C) and is available in brushed nickel or chrome

When you remove your old valve from the tap the bush usually remains inside the tap block however sometimes it comes out together with the valve. If the valve is stuck inside the bush you can try to separate them. If you are unable to separate the valve from the bush or the tap is leaking at the base of the handle then you will need to purchase the valve together with the bush.

Abode Tate Frequently asked questions

How to I remove the Abode Tate tap handle?
Use 2mm allen key to undo handle. The grub screw is located on the underside of the handle. You can pull the lever forwards to access the screw at the back if you need more space.

How do I know if need the adaptor bush?
Until you remove the cartridge from the tap you will not know if you need this part. This is because sometimes the bush gets corroded to the tap and remains in the tap body, and other times it comes out corroded to the tap cartridge.

Can I remove the adaptor bush from the old cartridge?
Yes you can but it can be very hard to remove due to corrosion. You can try using very hot water, followed by cold water over it, to help break the corrosion seal. The bush unscrews from the cartridge anticlockwise. You will likely ed to use some grips or put it in a vice to remove it. If you cannot separate it you will need to replace the bush.

How do I remove the spout and replace the o'rings inside the spout?
Use 2.5mm allen key to undo grub screw at the back holding the spout in place. pull spout up and out of the tap body. You can watch our How to video above.

What size spanner do I need to remove the tate tap cartridge?
You will need a 17mm or an adjustable spanner
