Tap Magician compatible spare parts to fit the earlier Carron Phoenix Bali kitchen tap.
***Please note this model has changed the cartridge design has changed during production.
There is no way to identify from the tap itself which cartridge you need, you will need to remove the handle and check the exposed cartridge.

If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.
Original spare part codes known by ASCDV0003 or 3561R / 1427R, hot and cold valve replacements available.
The cartridge has 28 splines. You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side.
If you require both then you can select "Pair".
You may have a conversion bush fitted. Please contact us for more support if you are unsure.
When you remove your old valve from the tap the bush usually remains inside the tap block however sometimes it comes out together with the valve.
See photo below.
If the valve is stuck inside the bush you can try to separate them.
If you are unable to separate the valve from the bush then you will need to purchase the valve together with the bush.
Replacement bush product code is SB26, original code known by 3886R.
If your tap is leaking from the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals inside the spout need replacing.
When you replace the new rubber seals they need greasing with a silicone grease.
The original O'ring kit is known by 2268R.
How To remove the handle:
Remove the handle retaining screw by using a 2.5mm allen key. You will then be able to remove the handle.
Once removed use a crosshead screwdriver to remove the screw holding the brass handle insert onto the cartridge.
With this is removed, you can undo the valve cover retaining screw with a 2.5mm allen key and then unscrew the valve cover.
You will then be able to remove the valve to replace.
How To remove the spout and replace o'rings:
You will first need to unscrew the spout retaining screw by using a 2.5mm allen key.
You can then lift the spout up and replace the o rings at the base with the new parts (SK20-S).
