FRANKE MYTHOS PRE 2014 TAP SPARES
Tap Magician Replacement Ceramic tap cartridges to fit the Franke Mythos MTX / MTG / MTV from the Franke specialist range of Kitchen taps

This is the PRE 2014 cartridge (with a threaded collar).
Original code 1427R (also known by 2552RC / 2552RH 133.0069.364 / 133.0069.365)

The cartridge has 28 splines. You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side.
If you require both then you can select "Pair".

If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.
hot and cold valve replacements available.

When you remove your old valve from the tap the bush usually remains inside the tap block however sometimes it comes out together with the valve.
See photo below.
If the valve is stuck inside the bush you can try to separate them.
If you are unable to separate the valve from the bush then you will need to purchase the valve together with the bush.
Replacement bush product code is SB26, original code known by 3886R / 133.0312.386.

If your tap is leaking from the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals inside the spout need replacing.
When you replace the new rubber seals they need greasing with a silicone grease.
The original O'ring kit is known by 2268R.
