If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges. Original spare part codes known 3561R and 1427R. Hot and cold valve replacements available

If your tap is leaking from round the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals inside the spout need replacing. You need to replace all parts from the O'Ring seal kit The original Oring kit is known by 3790R. You should apply silicone grease to the o rings before replacing the spout.

Cartridge has 28 teeth on spline.
You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side.
If you require both then you can select "Pair".

Frequently asked questions

How to remove my tap head/handle?

Use a 2mm Allen key to remove grub screw on the underside of the handle. If you need a replacement handle screw this is SS81-S. The handle will then pull off.

How to remove the Spout?
Unscrew locking collar from base of spout. Pull spout up and out of tap body.

How to remove your cartridge?
Turn water off before attempting to remove the cartridge. Once you have the handle has been removed you can use appropriate spanner to unscrew the cartridge anti-clockwise.
