If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the gland. This may be known as a traditional screw down rubber washer valve. Original spare part codes known by 1290R SP1290
Cartridge has 24 teeth on spline. Valve opens anticlockwise.
If your tap is leaking around the neck (this is where the spout connects to the tap block) then you need to replace the spout seals/ O Rings.
O Ring Kit is known by part 1239R.
We have a compatible tall swan neck spout available in chrome (this comes complete with aerator, locking collar and o rings)
How To remove the handle on the Professional tap model: Using a small flat screwdriver or fingernail lever dust cap away from the handle. Unscrew screw using a crosshead or slotted screwdriver. Pull the handle and cap horizontally away from the tap body.
How to remove the spout on the Professional tap model: You need to unscrew the locking nut at the base of the spout. You need to use silicone lubricant on the new Orings when fitted.
