If your tap is leaking or dripping out of the spout then you need to replace the cartridge. Original cartridge know by code 1202R. If your tap is leaking from the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals inside the spout need replacing. When you replace the new rubber seals they need greasing with a silicone grease. The original O'ring kit is known by 3668R 1260R. Please note these do not fit the pull out version. Use allen key to undo grub screw on the underside of the handle. Pull handle off and unscrew the shroud. Use adjustable spanner to undo locking nut to remove the cartridge from the tap body.
