On / Off Flow Cartridge is quarter turn. 20 teeth on spline. Hot and cold available.

If you have a problem with the temperature you need to replace the thermostatic cartridge.

How to remove my Bathstore Track Vertical shower handle/head?
Step 1. Use appropriate size allen key to undo grub screw.
