If your Crosswater Alvero concealsed triple thermostatic shower valve AL1000RC is dripping or has failed then you need a new flow cartridge. Cartridge measures 90mm tall and has 20 teeth on the spline. Quarter turn on anticlockwise.

This is the long stem version. X2A071N SPACW0005

If your temperature is no longer working or has issues then you need a new thermostatic cartridge assembly. There are two possible thermostatic cartridge options SC50-T20 ( SVTHERMSC50-S) or XP0000583 (SVT04-S)
