If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the valves.

How to remove the handle/head on the Bristan Colonial kitchen tap?
Remove screw cover on the top of the tap handle. Use cross head screwdriver to undo screw holding handle on.
Pull handle / head off. With the handle removed the shroud will unscrew anticlockwise.
