Cartridges have 20 teeth on spline and may have BS5412 XZ 20 stamped on them. BSP 3/4" size. Catridge known by spare part code 485567 and 485455

How to remove the iflo Kota bath tap head / handle?
Use allen key to undo grub screw at the back of the handle. You can then pull the handle off and remove the tap cartridge.
