Tap Magician compatible replacement cartridges for the Victorian Plumbing Neo Minimalist Bath Filler Shower Mixer tap models.

If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.

Cartridge has 20 teeth on spline. You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side.
If you require both then you can select "Pair".

Compatible with the NEO002 and NEO003 models.

Please note it is not uncommon for different versions of cartridge to be fitted into your tap. This version is BSP 3/4" x 20 teeth and uses a black spline adaptor (we have a compatible version in white). If you wish to check if this is the correct part please remove the handle and compare to the photo below).
If your adaptor is smooth (unlike the photo) you will need the SAWW-S handle adaptor.
How to remove handle:
Use appropriate size allen key to undo grub screw at the back of the handle.
Once removed pull the handle away from the tap body.

Use box spanner to undo cartridge anticlockwise
