If your shower is dripping or leaking then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc flow cartridge. Our on off flow cartridge is compatible with SVR21 (SVR21W) and SVR22 (SVR22W). Some versions use the SACDV cartridge (not listed on this page)

If you need the diverter cartridge this is SVDIV001 (original code SVQ07)
Cartridge has 20 teeth on spline. 87mm tall. Opens Clockwise.

If you have an issue with the thermostatic part you will need to replace the thermostatic part this might be SC50T20(SVTHERMSC50-S) or it could be SA30049. You need to apply silicone grease to the new cartridge.

How can I remove my HR Tec Pura tap head/lever handle? Use Allen key to undo grub screw on the underside of the handle. The handle will then pull off and you can access the cartridge. The Cartridge may be known by Valve, insert, gland. This will unscrew from the shower anti-clockwise.
