If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges. Original spare part codes known by 3547R / 3984R / SP3984 / ASSCDV0001, hot and cold valve replacements available.

Cartridge has 28 teeth on spline. You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side, If you require both then you can select "Pair".

If your cartridge has 20 teeth on the spline then you need the earlier TAP3630 model.

Your cartridge may come out attached to the adaptor bush (sometimes this remains inside the tap and other times it comes out attached to the cartridge). If you cannot separate this bush then you will need to purchase a new bush Original code 3408R which has 34mm thread diameter. (Our code SB34).

If your tap is leaking from the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals Inside the spout need replacing. When you replace the new rubber seals they need greasing with a silicone grease. The original O'ring kit is known by 1239R.

If you require a new antisplasher /aerator this is our part SR63C/CB (available in Chrome or brushed) Original codes known by 133.0068.762, SP1263 /1263R your original part may have Neoperl stamped around the edge.

How to remove the handle: Remove black band from handle to reveal grub screw. Loosen grub screw to pull the handle horizontally away from the tap.

How to replace the spout o-rings: Whilst holding body unscrew the spout locking collar then pull the spout vertically away from the body.
