Help and advice was spot on identifying the type of tap fitted in my kitchen (no details were available when we moved in), WhatsApp use for sending photos & web links was great. I initially ordered the incorrect cartridge, this was refunded with no issues and the correct one sent out (with tap O ring kit) once the type of tap was identified.
